5. To enter, please visit our website at wymanenergy.com and fill out a small entry form with pictures of your existing unit.
Wyman Energy will then post the contest entries to our Facebook page. Please do not post any pictures or personal
information to our Facebook page.
6. Your photo of equipment photo will be displayed online. Your name, address, and phone number will not be
displayed. Submitting a photo for entry grants permission to Wyman Energy to use image in future marketing
materials.

9. If you are not currently a customer and have been selected to be a finalist, you will be notified to take the necessary
steps to become one within 5 business days after notification. Oil users must commit to automatic delivery from
Wyman Energy for a minimum one-year period to qualify as a finalist.
10. Entrants with an underground oil tank must have Proguard to qualify for entry. Entrants with an aboveground oil tank
must have a completed tank inspection to qualify for entry.
11. All entries are due by 10/5/25. The 6 finalists will be notified by email during the week of 10/6/25 and must reply
within 24 hours to confirm participation, or position may be forfeited. A site visit may be necessary to choose the
finalists.
12. Voting will take place for 13 days after finalists are announced at wymanenergy.com/scariest-boiler-contest-voting/. The 6
finalists will be identified on the website. The winner will be determined based on the highest number of votes.
13. One vote per person during the contest period. Additional votes will be excluded.
14. Winner must claim prize within 2 business days of notification.
15. The equipment sale must be a single-zone Crown Velocity boiler product that will be supplied and installed by Wyman
Energy. Prize may value up to $7,500. Any additional zones and costs above $7,500 will be at the expense of the
winner.
16. Eligibility is prohibited for steam boilers, propane boilers, and all types of furnaces.
17. Installation of the grand prize boiler must be scheduled and completed no later than November 20, 2025.
18. Installation does not apply to oil to gas or gas to oil conversions.
19. Installation for winner will include a certified chimney inspection and cleaning. Any additional chimney work beyond
inspection and cleaning will be the responsibility of the homeowner/property owner.
20. Wyman Energy is not responsible for any work beyond 3 feet of piping from the boiler.
21. Wyman Energy will acquire and pay for the required permits for installation. Winner is responsible for arranging
installation inspection with the township. Winner must complete an ST8 form in order for sales tax not to be charged.
22. The winner agrees to provide a testimonial of the experience with a photograph of the before and after equipment and
aid in a case study on energy savings.
23. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC, Miscellaneous Income.
24. Wyman Energy will not be responsible for the removal of any asbestos or hazardous materials. If you are the winner
and your system has asbestos, you will be required to have it removed by an asbestos professional prior to our
installation.
25. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash value. System installation must be completed by Wyman Energy.
